BodSchool’s mission: To educate people towards a healthier lifestyle through exercise, nutrition, and positive relationships.

Abbi Z. Meadows knows what it’s like to desire a healthier life. Years ago, she was overweight, out of shape, and generally unhealthy (not to mention unhappy). The choices she made regarding food and exercise were not the best. In fact, most of the time, they were not even good.

Throughout high school, college, and beyond, Abbi struggled with her weight. She tried nearly every fad diet imaginable. She tested out various gyms, fitness centers, dance studios. But deep down, she knew a crucial element was missing.

Abbi began searching for answers. She acquired knowledge through books, magazines, and the testimonies of others who had taken charge of their health and fitness. Then, in 2008, something clicked.

Abbi realized health and fitness are NOT goals you achieve once and then check off a ‘to-do’ list forever; they are things you have to work on continually. For so long, Abbi had failed to see that in order to succeed, her habits had to be ones she could sustain for a lifetime.

Once she went about healthy eating and exercise as though they were a natural part of life, everything changed. Her life changed. Her body changed. Her outlook changed.

And you can change, too. If you’re willing to put in the effort.

BodSchool was created to inspire, encourage, motivate, and teach people how to make good choices, realistic goals, and life-long changes.
