Welcome to BodSchool!
September is already half over, which means enrollment is NOW OPEN for our October class! To learn more about BodSchool, read our Q&A page.
BodSchool meets in Mitch Park on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-7 PM and Saturday mornings from 8-9 AM. The October session begins Tuesday, October 4th and wraps up Saturday, October 29th.
For those who have schedule conflicts, we also offer a FlexPass option, which allows you to attend 10 classes or for 6 weeks, whichever comes first. BodSchool can fit into any schedule!
In addition to the weekly workouts and food journal accountability, our website will be updated with posts that highlight healthy recipes, exercises to try, homework, upcoming races, etc.
